Incredible Insects

Tuesdays: September 21, 28 October 5, 12, 19 ,26
Wednesdays: September 22 , 29 October 5, 13, 20, 27
Creepy and crawly? No Way! Awesome and Amazing is how we like to describe the incredible insects and their allies. Meet some really cool giant insects and spiders. Learn all about their habits and habitats. Make a neat bug catcher and critter keeper from recycled materials. You’ll be amazed by the many small creatures in our fields.

Session 2:

What’s for Dinner?

Tuesdays: November 9, 16, 23, 30 December 7, 14 (snow day make-up December 21)
Wednesdays: November 10, 17, 24 December 1, 8, 15 (snow day make-up December 22)
We’re going to wild over herbivores and carnivores as we learn about the food web. Meet some of our fantastic live animals that have specialized adaptations for survival. How do animals find their food? Who eats what? How do they avoid becoming a carnivore’s next meal? Every week will be deliciously full of fun and fascination.
