PRICING & HOW TO BOOK A PROGRAM
Field Trips to the Wildlife Education Center or Outdoor Discovery Center
$135 for up to 24 students, plus 2 chaperones free of charge
Additional students and adult chaperones $7 per person
Field trips are 90 minutes total

Plan a very special full day of learning and adventure. Book two different field trip programs on the same day and deduct 10%!
Field Trips to the River at Kowawese
$160 for up to 24 students, plus 2 chaperones free of charge

Programs in Your Classroom
$160 for the first program presented to a single class, $115 for the second to fourth program scheduled in the same day.
Grades Pre-K and K…30-minute program
Grades 1and up… 45-minute program
Large Audience Presentations
$350 for up to 100 students
Program length 45-60 minutes
Middle School/High School Advanced Field Science Programs
$160 for up to 24 students, plus 2 chaperones free of charge
Additional students and adult chaperones $7 per person
Field science program is 90 minutes total
How To Book A Program
Step 1 – Choose a program, a preferred date and an alternate date
Field Trip programs can be scheduled at 9:30am, 11:30am or 1:00pm
Programs in your classroom can be arranged at any time that is convenient for your schedule.
Step 2 – Call 845.534.5506 x211 to make your reservation with an Environmental Educator.
We will then send your program contract, invoice and bus driver directions.
Step 3 – When you receive your contract, you must sign and return it with your payment. Payments are due 10 days before your program date.
